Wholesale pricing, private ranges and B2B access — in one catalog.

B2B Wholesale Catalogs create private product lists visible only to assigned wholesale accounts. The catalog can contain products not in the public store, prices not shown to retail customers, and restricted quantities only trade buyers can access. Each catalog is assigned to one or more customer groups — members see it when logged in; everyone else sees nothing.

This is a Premium feature — available on the Growth ($129/mo) and Advanced ($349/mo) plans.

When to use this

Is this right for your store?

Use B2B catalogs if you run a dual-channel business — selling direct to consumers at retail price while also supplying trade, wholesale or institutional buyers at different rates. Essential for manufacturers, distributors and brands with reseller programs who need to show different products and prices to different buyer types without operating separate stores.

In practice

Real-world examples

Skincare brand — retail and wholesale channels

A skincare brand sells direct-to-consumer via the main store. Their 'Trade Accounts' group gets access to a B2B catalog containing the same products at 40% below RRP, plus 2-litre professional formats not available on the public store. Trade buyers log in, see their catalog, and place bulk orders.

Food distributor — restaurant supplies

A food distributor has three B2B catalogs: one for restaurants (5kg catering packs, case pricing), one for hotels (customised SKUs with logo packaging), and one for institutions (GS1-labelled packs for procurement systems). Each catalog is assigned to its respective customer group.

Pro tips

Get the most out of it

💡

Send trade buyers a clear onboarding email when you approve their account — explain how to find the B2B catalog and what MOQs apply.

💡

Don't mix retail and B2B products in the same catalog — it creates pricing confusion. Keep the catalogs clean and purpose-built.

💡

Review the catalog quarterly: check which trade products are moving, identify fast-movers for stock prioritisation, and retire slow products.
