Negotiate 1-to-1. Execute automatically. Every time.

Contract / Per-Account Pricing lets you set unique prices for individual wholesale accounts — beyond what any group tier offers. An account-level price override takes precedence over all group pricing and catalogue pricing. The customer sees their agreed rate on every product, in every cart, in every invoice — without any manual order processing or price manipulation required.

This is a Premium feature — available on the Growth ($129/mo) and Advanced ($349/mo) plans.

When to use this

Is this right for your store?

Use contract pricing for your most significant wholesale relationships — accounts whose volume, strategic importance or long-term tenure justifies individually negotiated rates. Typically applies to your top 5–20% of trade accounts by revenue. Below that threshold, customer group pricing covers the needs without the overhead of per-account management.

How to set it up

Step-by-step guide

Go to Dashboard → Customers → find the account → Contract pricing tab

2

Click New contract price and search for the product or category

3

Enter the agreed price and set an optional expiry date (contract renewal date)

4

5

Save — the account sees their contract price immediately on login

6

When the expiry date passes, the price auto-reverts to their group rate

In practice

Real-world examples

Industrial distributor — anchor account

A single account represents 12% of revenue. They've negotiated 28% below RRP on the core consumables they order monthly, 20% on the rest of the catalogue. These rates are set as a contract price on their account with a 12-month expiry. When renewal is due, the account manager is notified, a new rate is agreed, and the contract price is updated — no change to anything else.

Pro tips

Get the most out of it

💡

Set expiry dates on all contracts — without them, a legacy agreed rate can outlast the relationship conditions that justified it.

💡

Keep the contract document attached to the account record — when a dispute arises (and they do), having the signed rate card on file resolves it immediately.

💡

Contract pricing should complement your group tiers, not replace them. Reserve it for accounts where individual negotiation is genuinely warranted.
