Event & Sale Catalogs let you create isolated, time-limited product collections with their own URL, countdown timer and custom pricing. The collection lives separately from your main catalogue — so your regular store doesn't show sale prices, and the sale URL shows nothing but the curated collection. Perfect for EOFY, flash sales, capsule drops, seasonal events and partner promotions.

What you get
Isolated collection with its own URL — e.g. yourstore.com/sale/eofy2026
Custom pricing per product in the collection — doesn't affect your main catalogue pricing
Built-in countdown timer on the collection page — urgency without a third-party widget
Collection-specific hero image and headline for campaign branding
Share the URL publicly or keep it unlisted (direct link only)
Auto-expires at the end date — products revert to normal catalogue pricing automatically
When to use this
Use sale catalogs whenever you want to run a focused promotional event without changing prices or layout in your main store. The shareable URL approach is ideal for social media campaigns, email promotions, influencer links and affiliate partnerships — you control exactly what the visitor sees when they arrive via a campaign link.
Best suited for
How to set it up
Go to Dashboard → Catalogue → Sale Catalogs → New catalog
Give the catalog a name and set its public URL slug (e.g. /eofy-2026)
Set start and end dates — the catalog is only accessible during that window
Add products from your main catalogue — set a sale price per product within this catalog
Upload a collection hero image and write a headline
Enable the countdown timer if you want it visible on the collection page
Save and publish — share the URL via email, social media or influencer partnerships
In practice
Creates a catalog at /eofy-2026 containing 40 products. Each has a sale price set in the catalog (not the main store). A countdown to 30 June drives urgency. The URL is featured in email campaigns and social media ads. When the clock hits zero, the catalog expires and products revert to RRP — no manual price reversions needed.
A new season limited collection launches at a specific URL shared only with the email list 24 hours before the wider public. The URL is unlisted — not linked from the main store. Creates exclusivity and drives email sign-ups in exchange for early access.
Pro tips
Use the catalog URL in your UTM-tagged campaign links — you get attribution data showing which campaign drove the most collection revenue.
Keep sale catalogs to 20–50 products maximum — a focused edit converts better than dumping the entire catalogue at a discount.
Remove expired catalogs after the event — leaving dead /sale URLs live that return nothing damages trust.
